EQUIPMENT & PLAYERS

Tape must be on handles of all bats to a minimum of 12” and a maximum of 18”. Bats used are to be no longer than 36” and 2.5” diameter.
Gloves
Gloves must be worn by all players: however, mitts can only be worn by the catcher and the first baseman.
Uniforms
- Uniform shirts are to be worn by all players.
- Hats/visors are to be worn at all times. (Except Senior Division where it is optional)
- Pants are to be worn. (NO SHORTS) NO EXCEPTIONS
- No jewelry will be allowed. Jewelry may be defined as watches, necklaces, bracelets, rings, dangling earrings. (Earring posts are permitted).
Enforcement of the “No Jewelry” rule after the start of the game will be as follows:- If found while batting, a strike will be called and added to her count. If she already has two strikes on her when the violation is found, the batter will be called out.
- Any player who does not abide by the uniform rules will not be allowed to play in the game.
- Catcher: The catcher must wear a chest protector, catcher's helmet, and shin guards. Shin guards are optional at the Instructional level.
- Pitcher: The pitcher may not have anything on that may distract the batter. (Jewelry, tape, etc..)
- Helmets: It is mandatory that the batter and all base runners wear a batting helmet with a face guard. (The face guard is not mandatory at the Rookie, Pee-Wee, or Instructional levels). Any player who does not, or will not wear a helmet will not be allowed to play. No Exceptions Allowed.
