  1. The Co-Treasurer will assist the Treasurer in handling of the activity fee refunds.
  2. The Co-Treasurer will represent the Treasurer at any meetings that the Treasurer cannot attend.
  3. The Co-Treasurer will have a vote on any matters not pertaining to finance or expenditures. On matters pertaining to finance or expenditures, the Co-Treasurer will only vote if the Treasurer is not present.
