This Constitution may be amended by 2/3’s of the voting membership present and voted on at any regular meeting of the organization, provided the proposed amendment shall have been submitted at a previous regular meeting or that the members of the organization have been notified in writing of the proposed amendment thirty (30) days prior to the meeting at which said amendment is to be acted upon.
